One Eko J90 Archtop Guitar. The guitar has minor marks as you would expect from a 60+ year old instrument but overall is in good condition.

I've tried to picture any major imperfections for you. With regards to playability the neck looks good and straight with no cracking at the heel. She's never going to be a shredding machine but is perfectly playable up and down the neck, the action being possibly a little high at the 12th fret.
