This is a fantastic sounding guitar and although its been refinished due to what looks like a minor headstock repair, it looks great and retains all the mojo, sound and playability, you would anticipate from a mid 60's vintage, Hoboken made Guild. I actually didn't notice there had been a headstock repair for some months until I came to sell it in order to fund my jazz guitar business.
Like most USA made Guilds, it plays itself, with smooth low action and great dynamics from the highly acclaimed HB1 humbuckers. Neck is straight, truss rod works. Here is a video of the guitar. And one of the sound (sorry recorded on iphone). And one of the neck/headstock area. You're also welcome to view the guitar in person.
