The Made in Japan Traditional series is the result of combining Fender's traditional instrument-making aesthetic with refined Japanese craftsmanship. The authentic DNA of Fender has been revived with solid Made in Japan quality. The Made in Japan Traditional 70s Telecaster Thinline features a gloss-finished ash body with 21 vintage-style frets and a 9.5" radius "U shape maple neck.

The 9.5" radius "U shaped maple neck with 21 vintage style frets provides the classic playing feel of the Traditional series. A six-saddle string-through-body hardtail bridge and the original pickups selected for the Traditional series produce a realistic and musical vintage tone.

The narrow nut width is designed to be easy to play for Japanese players. Solid guitar craftsmanship and flexible answers to players' needs are reflected in this series.
