Here's the exact spec. Hand-crafted cabinet made from GENUINE 100% reclaimed/recycled Pallet Wood. Powerful LM386-based Guitar Amplifier circuit. Rugged Full-range 4 Ohm Speaker with Deep Bass and Sparkling High Tones.

26cm x 24cm x 120cm Cabinet (approx, +/- 5mm). Guitar Input Jack Socket (6.5mm / 1/4 inch).

Speaker Out socket (8 Ohms/ 6.5mm / 1/4 inch). 9 Volt Built-in Battery Compartment. So you can see when it's on or off! When your order is received, Jack will IMMEDIATELY stop lounging around the pool, put on his hard hat, steel-toecapped boots and trundle down the garden path to his shed... Fire up his chainsaw and DEMOLISH a WHOLE PALLET before his very own eyes... And then pick out the finest bits of pallet wood to begin the ritual. The cabinet will be lovingly JOINED with wood glue and screws, giving it the strength and rigidity it needs for a life on the road, before he sands it and the sprays it with his TOP SECRET protective sealant. That done, Jack will go watch TELLY for a bit, play a bit of table tennis (sometimes known as " ping-pong ") before sneaking off back to the shed with his soldering iron, whereupon he'll stay up until AT LEAST 9:00PM creating an amplifier circuit that ONLY HE can create! The following day, Jack will wire it all up, install the speaker, test it a bit, pop out to the shops to get some fishfingers for his legendary 6-Finger Fish Finger Sandwich... The whole process can take as little as 3 days.. Or up to a week, depending on what else is on telly that week.

Unlike nearly ALL Mini-amps including the Fender Mini Twin Amp, The Marshall MS2 (etc) and others of that ilk Crazy Jack's Boutique 1 Watt Guitar Amp is designed to be used by a "proper" musician... Although, if you WANNA play it dirty, you can just whack the Volume up to 10 and it's got a nice overdriven sound... For them what do that! Jack's got plenty of "Big Name" amps such as Vox, Fender and so on knocking around the house but, because this Lil Beauty is so COMPACT and PORTABLE (and sounds great), he tends to use one like this in his studio/workshop/office nearly ALL the time.

Just plug in yer Guitar, flick the switch and Rock Out... No FANCY GADGETRY, TAPPY THINGS or UNNECESSARY GUBBINS. Sure, if you want a little drum machine, effects and reverb built in - that's great, but the Crazy Jack Amp AIN'T for you. Instead, Jack gives you a lovely, bright, clean sound (with a nice full Middle and plummy Bass notes) - all you need to play.

Although Jack is just about ready to go into production with these amps, each piece is currently a unique, hand-built unit and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity and its own unique Serial Number. Battery Life and Rechargeable Batteries. Jack finds that, playing for half-an-hour here and there, several hours a day is enough to keep him happy - he's got a day job to take care of too, y'know? And, at that rate of usage, a good (eg Duracell) 9 volt Battery will last weeks if you switch it off when not playing! Although current models don't have a 9v adapter socket why add more wires to your workspace? The battery compartment will happily accept rechargeable batteries.
