Unique strat style guitar body made from reclaimed timber

  
Here we have a unique right handed strat style guitar body. Routed for front loaded lace sensor single coil pickups, will probably take other lace style pups but we can only be totally certain that it take genuine ones. 5 piece vintage reclaimed mohogany back with 9mm thick cherry top with subtle ripple figure. Neck pocket 57mm wide, 18mm deep, square heel. Strat style jack plate hole. We would recommend fender style hardtail bridge of some kind. Please do study pictures carefully to ascertain the tech spec. As it is bare wood with no finish it will need to be kept at a stable temperature and humidity or ideally finished fairly quickly lest it be adversely affected by moisture. Whilst much of the work has already been done it will still require considerable skill, knowledge, time and tools and equipment to turn this body into a playable instrument. Here at Stryre we believe that no instrument is worth plundering the earths natural resources for and therefore we only ever use timber that is reclaimed or locally, sustainably produced(mostly windfalls and'garden trees') as well as procuring historic and toneful reclaimed materials we also aim to highlight and popularise the many admirable qualitys of our own home grown tonewoods....
